House Bill 1022
Assault Weapons Ban

All gun owners need to beware and mobilize to fight the new and “improved” assault weapons ban. At last count 42 congressmen including NC Representatives Melvin Watt [NC-12] and Brad Miller [NC-13] had signed on as co-sponsors.

The bill is numbered HB1022 Assault Weapons Ban. If it passes this ban will be even worse than the Clinton assault weapons ban. The language of the bill has been cleaned up so as not to leave any loopholes that made the first ban less restrictive.

Please contact your congressmen and let him or her know that you can’t support him if he supports this freedom-robbing bill. Say NO to Gun Control. Say NO to HB1022. Say NO the politicians who support this bill!

Thank you.
